Supported Living Services
Clients receive assistance with activities of daily living including personal health & hygiene care, personal business matters, mobility support, meal prep & feeding, fitness & exercise, light housekeeping & lawn care, pet care, as well as personal transportation for errands and appointments. Clients are also provided with basic companionship and advocacy support.
Independent Facilitator Services
Individuals enrolled in the Self-Determination Program with Alta California Regional Center receive support and guidance creating person-centered plans and navigating the Self-Determination Program, which include help identifying their needs, coordinating services, developing budgets and advocating for clients' goals. Education & Employment Coaching
Clients receive support and guidance creating life-action plans through active-listening, guided self-reflection, person-centered planning and help discovering and exploring interests, options and resources that promote their education and/or employment goals.
